Cancellation Policy

We use your email address to process your booking and to inform you by email about similar offers of our own in the future. You can object to this at any time. You'll find more information in our privacy policy. PLEASE ALWAYS CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR PLAYTIME IN THE MEMBERS AREA! That gives us the chance to pass your places on to others and keep the play space going! If you still need help (e.g. not enough participant places available), just reply to your booking confirmation and we'll help you personally :-) Feel free to bring slippers! Shoes come off in the entrance area. Adults in socks, children may also go barefoot. WE SPEAK ENGLISH! WE ARE INTERNATIONAL!
